Hello, I’m Irina.
I’ve always thought excellent Client Services starts with “Why” Understanding a client’s vision for their business and brand, translating it through strategy to deliver inspiring design and creative. This perspective enables me to create outcomes that help businesses rather than output which appears “just because”.
I graduated from King’s College London with a Master’s in International Marketing in 2012. I started working agency-side in 2013, first at Stafford Long & Partners on Fleet Street where I launched employer branding and graduate marketing campaigns for professional services brands.
I wanted to experience the wider world of branding, so I moved to Conran Design Group in 2014, where I led brand development programmes for healthcare organisations in Europe and the US.
I’ve been freelancing and contracting since 2017, working with independent and network-based design, branding and creative agencies, as well as in house.
What I do:
- Lead Client Services & generate organic growth
- Shape brand strategy & transformation programmes
- Develop cultural insights & thought leadership
- Direct creative operations & studio management
